Before you place an order
Before a paid plan is introduced, checkout will clearly show the plan's main features, total price including taxes, billing period, renewal terms, minimum term where applicable, cancellation process, accepted payment methods, and any relevant technical requirements.
Immediately before submitting a paid order, the same key information will be shown prominently and the order button will clearly state that it creates a payment obligation.
Contract confirmation
After a paid contract is concluded, we will provide its terms and the required pre-contract information on a durable medium, such as email.
Consumer cancellation rights
If you buy as a consumer, the applicable cancellation information and model cancellation form will be available before you place an order and in your contract confirmation. See the Cancellation policy.
