Sending your cancellation before the deadline is enough to meet the deadline.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged fees for the reimbursement.

Starting a digital service immediately

If a future paid plan is made available immediately after purchase, we will ask you separately to expressly request the service to start before the end of the cancellation period. Where the law permits, we will also ask you to acknowledge the effect this can have on your cancellation right. The exact terms will be shown in checkout.
